Welcome to LMB Custom Shop. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.lmbcustomshop.com and any purchases made through our website.

Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LMB Custom Shop. The words “you” and “your” refer to the website visitor or customer.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through our website.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. You may not attempt to damage, disrupt, copy, reproduce, or interfere with our website or business operations.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit purchases when we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or placed for resale without permission.

2. Products and Services

LMB Custom Shop offers products that may include:

Custom birthday tutu outfits
Personalized shirts and apparel
Custom accessories
Digital PNG files
Printable planners
Sticker bundles
Other customized or handmade products

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, photographs, sizes, and colors accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, fabric availability, lighting, or production materials.

Because many products are handmade or customized, minor differences in color placement, ribbon placement, sizing, design position, or appearance may occur. These small variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without notice.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, ages, dates, sizes, colors, themes, photographs, and spelling.

Please review all information carefully before completing your purchase. LMB Custom Shop is not responsible for mistakes resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Once production has begun, personalized details, sizes, colors, themes, or designs may not be changed.

Requests submitted after an order is placed are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply when a requested change requires new materials, additional design work, or the replacement of an item already in production.

4. Customer-Provided Images and Content

By uploading or submitting photographs, names, logos, artwork, wording, or other materials, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.

You grant LMB Custom Shop permission to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is inappropriate, unlawful, unauthorized, or infringing.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when necessary.

An order may be canceled because of:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect pricing or product information
Unavailable supplies or materials
Incomplete personalization details
Copyright or trademark concerns
An inability to complete the order as requested
Conduct that is abusive or threatening toward our business

If we cancel an order before production begins, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may contact you when information is missing or clarification is required. Delayed responses may affect your processing time.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice. The price displayed at the time your order is completed will generally apply to your purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received or approved through an available payment-plan provider.

Payment plans may be offered through third-party providers. Those services are governed by the provider’s separate terms, approval requirements, and payment schedule.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Discounts cannot be added to an order after checkout.

7. Processing and Shipping

Our standard processing time is approximately 5–10 business days unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Processing time is the time required to create and prepare your order. It does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

After an order ships, estimated delivery is approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping within the promised timeframe, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate and any options required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply when an order must be resent because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the handmade, personalized, and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Orders cannot generally be canceled once designing, purchasing of materials, printing, cutting, sewing, personalization, or production has begun.

Digital products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges after the files have been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and issue.

Eligibility for a replacement or other resolution will be determined after reviewing the claim. Items damaged through misuse, improper washing, incorrect sizing selection, normal wear, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered defective.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

9. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and available sizing information before placing an order.

Sizing may vary by brand, garment style, manufacturer, and product type. A customer selecting an incorrect size does not qualify the item for a return, exchange, or refund when the correct size was provided.

10. Digital Products

Digital products are provided electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file according to the license described in the product listing.

Unless expressly permitted, digital files may not be:

Resold, shared, copied, traded, or redistributed
Uploaded to file-sharing websites or groups
Included in another digital bundle
Claimed as your original artwork
Used to create products for mass production
Altered and resold as a digital file

11. Intellectual Property

The website, business name, logos, graphics, product photographs, designs, text, downloadable materials, and other original content belonging to LMB Custom Shop are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit our original content without written permission.

Third-party character names, themes, logos, trademarks, or references remain the property of their respective owners. LMB Custom Shop does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

12. Reviews and Customer Photographs

When you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, product photograph, or social-media tag, you grant LMB Custom Shop permission to repost or display that content for reasonable promotional purposes.

We will not knowingly publish sensitive personal information. Contact us when you would like a customer photograph removed from our marketing materials.

Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that contains spam, threats, harassment, private information, unlawful content, or unrelated advertising.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use services provided by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, or other third parties.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or performance of independently operated third-party websites and services.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate policies and terms.

14. Website Information and Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate. However, product descriptions, prices, discounts, availability, shipping information, or other content may occasionally contain errors or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. When an order is canceled because of our error, the applicable payment will be refunded.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website:

For unlawful or fraudulent activities
To violate intellectual-property rights
To transmit viruses or malicious code
To collect another person’s information without permission
To interfere with the website’s security or operation
To impersonate another person or business
